Don't have a problem with the badge.
I wasn't keen at first but then I thought, it's just a badge, it's changed before and it'll change again.
Personally I'd like to have seen us go retro rather than modern, like Man City did, but I'm not going to get worked up about it.
There are far more important things to think about which actually matter.

That badge really looks like it's designed by a 14 year old in MS Paint, I hope they didn't pay much money for it. "London" on it screams of marketing to their target audience in the far east, just making sure they actually know where on earth we're from.

What was the year when the 'kit launch' was people in BODY PAINT around the edge of the pitch during the last game of the season? After they had handed out bottles for some reason

I saw some of the rapper, and the unveiling of the kits, and really did think it was pretty shit.
BUT, it's only the launch of a playing kit, and so I couldn't care less what they do.
People are really worried about what others are going to think of our club because of it?
When did THAT start to matter? It never used to.

Sidney, I think some people's problem is the fact that feeling the need to advertise that we're from London smacks of desperation a little.
Some paranoid people might think it's the first step towards Brady's dream of renaming the club London Olympic.
I guess it's supposed to be a call out to foreigners who've never heard of the area that they can stop by when they're in London on holiday and buy tickets, shirts, whatever.

Get a life. If you don't like it, go and watch someone else. The Daves are the best owners we've had for 30 years, and if you don't think they are doing a good job go and sit in a dark room until you feel better.

Apparently this comedian/rapper bloke has done corporate gigs for man utd and chelsea so that's probably why he got the job.
Obviously the chairman would have had nothing to do with this anyway. I'm sure that the multi-million pound business that is WHUFC have at their disposal employees who handle event planning.

I still don't understand the moaning about the badge? It's simple and striking. It's got the right colours and says West Ham United plus it nods to our past with the mighty crossed riveting hammers and it's shaped like the bow of the Thames Ironworks built HMS Warrior (on show outside Portsmouth Harbour Station).
Really can't get worked up about the 'London', we are a London club after all
